Are your cleaners fast?
Creedence cleans (especially the first one) may take longer than some clients are accustomed to. We’re obsessed with doing things the right way, so we take our time, And we always have 2 cleaners on the job.. Which means a more thorough clean for you.
What happens if there are extreme conditions at my property?
Since we don’t do in-person walkthroughs to save you time and inconvenience, there could be instances that we are unable to complete your clean. If we notice mold, pest infestations, excessive dust or any other extreme conditions in your home, we will refund you in full and be glad to refer you to local businesses that will cater to your needs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just contact us at (720) 772-6904 or CreedenceCleaningCo@gmail.com at anytime— tell us your first and last name and let us know you want to unsubscribe. If you forget to cancel it before the payment goes through, we’ll refund you. So you’ll never pay for a service you didn’t receive.
